Cosmetic Dentistry

Whether your teeth are the wrong shape, crooked, stained, or chipped, our cosmetic dentists can treat your teeth with minimal methods using the latest techniques and the finest materials.

If applicable for exemptions or paying normally. 

We continue to support patients through NHS Band 1/2/3 system of banding.

Preventative Care

Efficient preventative care is key to having a healthy smile. Consistent checkups will allow our team to diagnose oral cancer, gum disease, and tooth decay before they spread and become a problem.  

 

NHS Dentistry

We have three NHS certified dentists on staff who make it their mission to provide a safe, comfortable environment for adults and children of all ages. They make sure to take their time with each patient to explain all of our options and processes to alleviate any fears or apprehensions.

NHS and Exempt

Apply for your Exemption !!!! 

Exempt patients require one of the following to receive FREE dental care:

You do not have to pay for NHS dental treatment if, when the treatment starts, you are:
aged under 18
under 19 and receiving full-time education
pregnant or have had a baby in the previous 12 months
staying in an NHS hospital and your treatment is carried out by the hospital dentist
an NHS hospital dental service outpatient (however, you may have to pay for your dentures or bridges).

You do not have to pay if, during the course of treatment, you or your partner, receive:
Income Support
Income-related Employment and Support Allowance
Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance
Pension Credit guarantee credit
Universal Credit and meet the criteria
or
you are named on or entitled to a valid NHS tax credit exemption certificate – if you don't have a certificate, you can show your award notice; you qualify if you get Child Tax Credits, Working Tax Credits with a disability element (or both) and have income for tax credit purposes of £15,276 or less you are named on a valid HC2 certificate

You will not be exempt from paying because you receive: Incapacity Benefit, contribution-based Employment and Support Allowance, contribution-based Jobseeker’s Allowance, Disability Living Allowance, Council Tax Benefit, Housing Benefit or Pension Credit savings credit, when paid on their own.
Medical conditions do not exempt patients from payment for dental treatment.
You will be asked to show your dentist written proof that you do not have to pay for all or part of your NHS treatment. You will also be asked to sign a form to confirm that you do not have to pay.

There are three bands of charges for all NHS dental treatments for paying patients


The current dental charges are:

Band 1 dental treatment: £25.80
Depending on what’s necessary, this can cover:

  • a clinical examination /  assessment and report 
  • advice, diagnosing and planning of your treatment 
  • X-rays 
  • advice on preventing future problems, such as diet advice and cleaning instructions 
  • applying sealants or fluoride preparations to the surfaces of your teeth 
  • Scale and polish

Urgent treatment when you need to see a dentist immediately also costs £25.80

Band 2 dental treatment: £70.70
Depending on what’s necessary, this can cover everything listed in band 1 above, plus:

  • deep scaling and a polish
  • such as removing some gum tissue (gingivectomy)
  • fillings 
  • sealant restorations – when sealant is used to fill a small hole and seal any grooves in your teeth 
  • root canal treatment (endodontics) 
  • removing teeth (extraction)  
  • oral surgery
  • relining and rebasing dentures 
  • adding to your dentures – such as adding a clasp or a tooth


Band 3 dental treatment: £306.80
Depending on what’s necessary, this can cover everything listed in bands 1 and 2 above, plus:

  • veneers and palatal veneers – new surfaces for the front or back of a tooth
  • inlays, pinlays and onlays – used to restore damaged teeth
  • Crowns – a type of cap that completely covers your real tooth
  • Bridges – a fixed replacement for a missing tooth or teeth 
  • Dentures 
  • other custom-made appliances, not including sports guards
  • Nightguards for people that grind their teeth

Treatments such as veneers and braces are only available on the NHS if there’s a clinical need for them (not for cosmetic reasons).
